📰 Week 10 news you can use
Who is trending up and down heading into Sunday’s action, courtesy of our friends at FantasyPros.
🙌 49ers WR Deebo Samuel was able to log a full practice session this week and is set to play against Jacksonville Sunday. Samuel has not played since Week 6, so his return will be a welcome sight for fantasy managers. Fantasy managers should start him with confidence against Jacksonville.
🤦 Saints WR Michael Thomas was seen being escorted from his home by the Kenner Police Department after an altercation with another individual. There is a lot of unknown here, so it’s difficult to speculate on any potential fantasy impact. If Thomas is held out for Week 10, it could mean more targets for Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed.
⚖️ Texans WR Nico Collins (calf) has officially been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Bengals. Meanwhile, Robert Woods was able to practice in full Friday and has a chance to suit up for the first time since Week 6. He would see plenty of targets with Collins out.
🔻 More news from Houston: RB Dameon Pierce did not participate in practice this week and will miss his second straight game with an ankle injury. Fantasy managers should expect the Texans to use Devin Singletary as the lead back on Sunday.
🤔 Justin Jefferson has been listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Saints. It still feels like a long shot that Jefferson plays on Sunday, but it is at least a good sign for his return to be soon. He was limited in practice throughout the week.
