Hey all,
Happy Thanksgiving! And thanks for the kind messages some of you sent when I was sick last week; I appreciate that very much.
There are three games today, which gives you plenty to work with in terms of avoiding uncomfortable conversations with Uncle Rick and Cousin Sally about anything related to politics, gender, crypto, etc. If you’re asked for your opinion at dinner, just say you need to go check on the score or you suddenly don’t feel well and need the bathroom.
But seriously, I hope everyone has a decent day. Focus on the football and the food, and you’ll be fine.
Best - Justin
Fantasy news you can use
Aaron Jones (knee) has been ruled out by the Green Bay Packers ahead of their Week 12 Thanksgiving day divisional contest against the Detroit Lions. AJ Dillon would be in line for a much larger role out of the backfield, but with a questionable tag for the running back as well, fantasy managers may end up with a backfield tandem of James Robinson and Patrick Taylor against the Lions.
Kenneth Walker III (oblique) is officially listed as doubtful by the Seattle Seahawks ahead of their Week 12 Thanksgiving night divisional matchup against the San Francisco 49ers. Zach Charbonnet should receive all the touches he can handle, albeit against a stout San Francisco defensive front Thursday night.
Geno Smith (elbow) is listed as questionable but is expected to play for the Seattle Seahawks tonight. The signal caller faces a tough San Francisco defensive front in a must-win contest. DK Metcalf (toe) is not on the injury report and is expected to play, providing Smith a much-needed big-play option.
Antonio Gibson (toe) will be a game-time call for Thanksgiving Day. Gibson missed this past Sunday’s game against the Giants due to his toe injury.
