Some Week 5 news you can use
Jaylen Waddle (groin) and fellow receiver Tyreek Hill (quad) are both listed as questionable for the Dolphins. If one or both are forced to miss the contest, players like Chase Edmonds, Raheem Mostert, and Mike Gesicki would be in line for increased volume.
Zay Jones was unable to log a full practice session before the final injury report was announced, but it looks very likely that he’ll play on Sunday. If he is indeed active, Jones should be viewed as a solid WR4 option with significant upside.
The Commanders activated Brian Robinson from the non-football injury list today. The rookie RB’s recovery has been faster than most anticipated. Expect the Commanders to ease him into the offense early on.
Amon-Rat St. Brown is listed as questionable. In his Week 4 absence, TE T.J. Hockenson and WR Josh Reynolds stepped up in a narrow loss. If St. Brown sits again, other playmakers can be turned to as flex values.
Rookie QB Bailey Zappe will make his first career NFL start for the Patriots. Despite the enticing matchup, Zappe is nothing more than a QB3 in fantasy football at the moment.
